MSUPE actively develops the joint educational programs and academic mobility programs for students, postgraduate students, professors, and staff with the EU support on the period of 2015-2021 years.

MSUPE works with the new program of the European Union’s Erasmus+ and invites new partner-universities and research centers for cooperation. This program is based on the experience of such projects as ‘The Life long Learning Programme’, ‘The Youth in Action Programme’, ‘The Erasmus Mundus Programme’, ‘Tempus, Alfa, Edulink’ and other cooperation programs in the field of higher professional education. The program provides a unique opportunity for learners and teachers. MSUPE is opened for the active collaboration with foreign institutions.

In 2014 agreements were reached by MSUPE and two joint applications for the organization and financing of international academic mobility for the period from 2015 to 2021 were submitted:
– With the University of Catania (Italy): a program of academic mobility of students and teaching staff;
